As Museum Manager, Lucy is responsible for operational management of MAA, including HR, internal communications, access, safety, budgets and income generation, and strategic planning. She chairs the Environmental Change working group.
Lucy brings over 15 years of experience in management of heritage and historic buildings, lifelong learning programmes and museum interpretation. She also has experience of volunteer management and collections management. Lucy has been involved in establishing and supporting national and international networks, and volunteers as a trustee and sector mentor.
