Museum of Archaeology and Anthropology

Two million years of human history. One million artefacts. Countless astonishing stories.

A visitor stands in the local archaeology gallery looking at a case containing Roman finds, including metal figurines, pots, pieces of wall painting and jewellery.

Welcome to the museum!

We are open Tuesday to Saturday 10am–5pm, and Sunday 12pm-5pm.

Museum entry is free.
