Alana has an interest in social history and looking after heritage collections. Her previous role at a sporting heritage museum in Newmarket involved collection care, exhibition development and making the museum more accessible to different communities. In Alana’s current role on the Stores Move project, she is documenting, photographing and packing collections at MAA’s off-site stores, ready for the move to the new Centre of Material Culture.
