Explore a range of objects from museum storage and join in the fun with craft activities and puzzles  inspired by our exhibition 'Moving Objects: stories from behind the scenes at the museum'.

What you'll do

Come along to the Centre for Material Culture (CMC), a unique storage facility and public engagement site for the Museum of Archaeology and Anthropology (MAA).

Spaces are limited. Please book a ticket for every individual to drop in at this event. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

This event is part of the University of Cambridge Museums' Summer at the Museums 2026.
