Join us at the Museum of Archaeology and Anthropology's off-site store, the Centre for Material Culture (CMC), for an evening inspired by Moving Objects: Stories from Behind the Scenes at the Museum, where you'll discover the remarkable work behind the Museum's Stores Move Project.
At this drop-in event talks will take place throughout the evening where MAA staff involved in the Stores Move Project will be share their stories about objects in the collection. You will also have the opportunity to get creative with badgemaking and explore the spaces where the museum's collections are kept.
Spaces are limited. Please book a ticket for every individual to drop in at this event.
Important Information
- This event is for adults of 18 years +
- This is a drop-in event and you ticket covers entry and a drink.
- Visitors will not be able to access the CMC until 6:15pm.
- The CMC is located in a residential area, so please help us keep disturbance to a minimum for our neighbours.
