Challenges and makes inspired by the museum’s Anglo-Saxon collection. Discover the burial of a local teenager, make a beautiful brooch and play Anglo-Saxon games.

 

Join us on Wednesday 23rd of October, when storytellers from the department of Anglo-Saxon, Norse, and Celtic will share legends of giants, gods and dragons adapted from medieval literature.

 

Storytelling will take place at 11:30am and 2:30pm.

 


 

Running order of stories (each story is approximately 15 minutes long):
