What can you learn from different cultures’ interpretation of gender and sexual identity?

Our volunteer guides share a selection of fascinating stories exploring the spectrum of identities that exist across time, place and culture through a range of lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer-related objects in the Museum of Archaeology and Anthropology.

 


 

Important information

Please arrive at the visitor welcome desk in the main entrance approximately 5-10 minutes before the tour start time.

Please note that tours will involve walking around the museum for the duration.

Tours are aimed at an adult audience. However, children and teenagers are very welcome to attend with adults.
