Christopher Dalgety was one of the ornithologists on the expedition, along with H.P. Hanham. In addition to extensive notations on the birds of Greenland and Canada, Dalgety kept a detailed, daily journal of his experiences, impressions and work throughout the four month expedition. This journal provides useful context to many of the specimens collected, and is quoted frequently throughout this website.
