11am – 4pm

Stories, challenges, big music, and a chance to find out whether big hands or little hands are more useful. This brand new piece, commissioned by MAA, is a big adventure in a little space, a magical corner of the museum for both adults and children. Theatre maker and comedian Laura Mugridge is back at the museum after her show ‘den’ (set inside a tiny orange tent and lasting exactly eight minutes and seventeen seconds) was a huge success in Autumn 2015. The piece ‘Handy’ looks at the presence of hands in anthropology and archaeology.
